THE PURE PILATES STUDIO is warm and welcoming. Pilates classes are offered in Barre NEW!, Mat and Tower. For your safety and to get the greatest benefit from your Pilates workout, new clients must either schedule a private session, or talk with Valya about their previous Pilates experience.
VALYA KARCHER introduced Pilates to the Fredericksburg Virginia area in 1999. Her Pilates story began in 1996 with personal training in the Stott Pilates method. Valya is certified through Powerhouse Pilates and is a member of The Pilates Method Alliance. She continues her Pilates education through Stott Pilates and Balanced Body University. AT PURE PILATES you will practice deep, healthy breathing techniques that are the key to sculpting a strong body from the inside-out. My mantra, the slower you go the quicker you will see results, is true for firming abdominals, toning arms and legs and slimming hips and thighs.
